Herts Fireplaces and Stoves is a sister company of Ampthill Fireplaces, a reputable, family- run fireplace and stove retailer that has been established since 1991.
Originally setup by Chris Gray, when he turned his part time passion for restoring old fireplaces into a full time business. James Gray, Chris’ son, now runs the company which has grown significantly in recent years.
Ampthill Fireplaces have a three-storey showroom in Ampthill, not far from the M1. The showroom is the largest fireplace and stove showroom in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The showroom’s roaring fires are guaranteed to warm you up on a cold day or make you nostalgic for long winter nights even in the height of summer. We’re a friendly, helpful company that prides itself on the service levels and knowledgeable reputation that has been earnt over the years of trading.
